If you receive an alert for unusual activity on your account, you can immediately confirm if the purchases are valid. You can customize email, text and mobile app alerts so you know what’s going on with your account and can take action when needed.

If you want to receive alerts via your mobile phone, you can enable this service under Settings from either Online Banking or your Mobile App. You can enable or disable the types of alerts you’d like to receive. For example, if there is an Online Banking Login Error under your account, we can alert you. If your balance falls below a specific amount or if a transaction exceeds a certain amount, we can alert you.

There is no cost to use mobile alerts, but standard carrier fees for text messaging may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier if you aren’t sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.
